Direct internal and external development of Digital Entertainment Destinations. Serve as a lead on a variety of project types including customer experience centers, Esports, team headquarters, retail concepts, and virtual environments. Creative direct brand experience programs that encompass everything from physical product/packaging innovation to digital communities and UX. Create compelling design languages and push existing ones to ensure meaningfulness and relevance to consumers, and authentic and ownable to the brand.

• Envisioned, designed, and built an offering that an architecture firm does not typically provide, driving the company’s growth and reputation for innovation.

Associate Director: 2019 – Present

Oversee all projects from initial design and planning through building and installation. Create dynamic and impactful sponsor activations, boutique retail concepts, and customer experience centers. Cooperate with clients to realize their vision, finding creative solutions for projects of all sizes and budgets.

• Hired by the Texas Rangers organization to design, develop, price, fabricate and install all sponsor activations in club spaces and concourses at Globe Life Field. Produced outstanding results that have led to an ongoing relationship and generated more opportunities for activation and partnerships. 

• Designed, fabricated, and mounted a series of brand-forward installations around the Brewers Team spring training facility, further solidifying it as the organization’s home training facility.

Senior Designer: 2016 – Present

Direct brand development and activation in sports and entertainment. Oversee various project types from wayfinding, placemaking, EGD, sponsor development and activation, sales centers, and custom retail concepts. Play a critical role in the overall customer experience journey on project inception. Represent strategic storytelling and brand experience and develop points of view for Business Development efforts.

• Landmark projects include Sofi Stadium at Hollywood Park, Globe Life Field, Dickies Arena.

• Executed two super-sized wayfinding projects simultaneously over 3 years: (1) Sofi Stadium/Performance Venue/Hollywood Park (2) Globe Life Field.

• Developed and launched and internal business growth initiative to enable our team to better execute and deliver work. Founded an LLC and Design Build.

SBI Productions

Project Manager & Designer: 2011 – 2016

Designed, engineered, and managed exhibits and environments for event venues, retail store fronts, and show rooms. Provided mentorship to other staff members, defined responsibilities and expectations for report-tos, and project team members, providing project guidance and facilitating professional growth.

• Designed and executed nine seasons of New York Fashion Week show production and installation.

• Lead growth into architectural fabrication sector, enhancing company value and contributing another vertical of work opportunities.
